Delivery Info

We deliver directly to vessels berthed in the Port of Rotterdam.

  • Delivery Fee: €50 per order

  • Minimum Order Amount: €150

  • Ordering: Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance via email at fastfood@harboureats.com. Please indicate your preferred payment method when placing your order.

For deliveries upon arrival, we coordinate closely with your ship's agent and monitor ETA and departure times to ensure your order arrives fresh and exactly at the agreed time. We kindly ask for a quick onboard handover to avoid delays and ensure other orders are delivered on time.

Payment Options

We offer several convenient payment methods for your order:

  • Cash (EUR): No additional fees.

  • Cash (USD): A 8% exchange fee applies, added on top of the order total.

  • Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, V-Pay, Discover, Dinners Club and UnionPay.

  • PayPal – Secure and easy online payment.
